DuoCircle’s Email Gateway service offers flexibility by allowing the use of multiple alternative ports to relay mail. Prerequisites

  • Access to DuoCircle’s Admin Dashboard.
  • The IP address or hostname of your mail server.
  • Administrator access to your mail server to verify that the selected port is open.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Login to the Admin Dashboard
    Navigate to the Admin Dashboard and log in using your credentials.
  2. Go to "My Services"
    In the Dashboard, click on Services >> My Services.
  3. Select the Active Email Gateway Service
