As an existing customer, you can add Advanced Threat Defense to your current service.
- Log into your account portal at https://portal.duocircle.com
- Click on the Email Gateway Service you would like to upgrade
- On the left-hand side of the screen click "upgrade/downgrade options"
- Select the Checkbox to enable "Advanced Threat Defense"
- Click to Continue
- You will see a summary of your upgrade. The cost will be prorated based on the time you have remaining on your email gateway service.
- Click to Continue
- Use your existing payment method or enter payment details
- Submit Payment
- After a successful purchase, on your invoice click "return to client area" at bottom
